In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 (TRLGDCU), consumers are informed of their right of withdrawal and the return conditions when making purchases on rosazacane.com.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to justify the decision and without penalty.

To exercise it, you must notify it in writing to info@rosazacane.com, indicating:
Order number, full name, purchase and receipt date, and products to be returned.

Once the email is received, the address to which the product must be sent will be provided.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
All original documentation and accessories (box, tags, certificates, etc.) must be included.
Returns of personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products are not accepted.

3. RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless due to an error or defect attributable to Rosa Zacane.
It is recommended to use a tracked service. The company is not responsible for loss or damage during transport.

4. REFUND

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund of the amount paid — including the initial standard shipping costs (if any) — will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Rosa Zacane reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the indicated conditions.

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG SHIPMENT

In the event of a defective product or an incorrect shipment, the customer must notify it within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
Rosa Zacane will cover the collection and replacement costs.
Photographs of the defect and the packaging will be required for evaluation.
